Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on August 5th, 2025.

Amy Sells Kern is working to make this website accessible to people with disabilities.

“I am committed to making my website accessible to everyone. If you experience any difficulty accessing content, please contact me so I can assist you. Your feedback is important to me as I continue to improve accessibility for all visitors.”

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

I am working in accordance with WCAG guidelines, to make the site accessible to the level of A. This site's contents are being adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, I am also in the process of incorporating:

  • An Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • The language of the site

  • The content order of the site’s pages

  • Defining clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages

  • Added alternative text to images

  • Implementing color combinations that meet the required color contrast

  • Reducing the use of motion on the site

  • Ensuring all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible

Accessibility arrangements for clients

At 611 Realty we work from remote offices and there is no designated space for us to meet through the brokerage.

I prefer and encourage my clients to meet with me in a public, fully accessible venue appropriate to discuss things like the buying process. Starbucks in the past has been a favorite for many clients, as it has designated parking for those that are disabled and level, thresholds without steps. I also enjoy conducting meetings remotely with Google Chat and can walk clients through this process

To discuss listings, I can meet at the property, an appropriate public venue or we can access Google chat or one of the many other online platforms preferred by client.

Requests, issues, and suggestions

If you find an accessibility issue on the site, or if you require further assistance, you are welcome to contact me through the organization's accessibility coordinator:
